Crock Pot Mediterranean Chicken

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1000 grams (about 4 breasts)
    * Green Olives, 100 grams
    * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup (one can)
    * Egyptian Ful (canned beans, drained), 340 gram(s)
    * Sumac (dried), 1 tsp
    * Paprika, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Cut the chicken breast into 8 125-gram servings.

2. Place all of the ingredients in the crock pot (sprinkling sumac, oregano and paprika on last), and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-6.

Serve one serving of chicken and a scant cup of sauce over 1/2 cup of whole wheat couscous.
