Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 head, Cabbage, fresh, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    1 cup Newman's Own Organic Tomato Basil Sauce
    6 ounces Beef, ground, 90% lean meat / 10% fat, raw, hamburger
    1 cup Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown
    1 tbsp Basil
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Cook the minute rice. Set aside.
Heat pan over med-high heat.
Cook the hamburger until it is done.
Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add the rice, cabbage, basil, and pepper. Stir.
Add 1/2 - 1 cup water. Boil until cabbage is tender.
Add Tomato sauce. Put a lid on it. Let Simmer for another 10 minutes.
