Ingredients

    *Brown Rice (Minute Rice), 1 cup (remove)
    *Break Stone Reduced Fat Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Kraft 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 serving (remove)
    *Dole Classic Iceberg Lettuce, 2 cup (remove)
    Salsa, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Beans, Canned, Pinto, Great Value (1/2c=128g=3.5 per 15.5oz can), 192 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Put lettuce into bowl. Heat Beans & Rice in a separate bowl. Place beans and rice on top of lettuce. Top with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy. Makes 1 large bowl. Good if you didn't eat a large breakfast and need to boost protein intake.
