1/2 can starkist chunk light in water 1 tbsp kraft mayo w/ olive oil (reduced fat) 2 slices sara lee 45 calorie honey whole wheat bread diced raw onion (1 to 2 small slices) 1 sandwich sized slice 2% milk swiss cheese 1 tsp dijon mustard
Warm panini press or george foreman grill. Combine tuna, mayo, onion, and dijon mustard. Stir well to mix. Spread on bread. Cover with cheese and top piece of bread. Press on sandwich press for about 5 minutes.
