Protein Bars

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    5 scoops gold standard, natural 100% whey
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1/2 cup no sugar added apple sauce
    1 1/2 cups non-fat milk
    3 cups quick oats

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour in to a greased 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes at 325. Cut in to about 16 bars (still low calorie and high protein if you cut to 10 servings and make the bars bigger).
