Introduction

Fruit, tea, yogurt and spinach combine to make this refreshingly sweet healthy drink! Fruit, tea, yogurt and spinach combine to make this refreshingly sweet healthy drink!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup mixed frozen berries
    3/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1 cup of brewed tea (any calorie free tea will do- be creative)
    1 cup fresh spinach
    2-3 truvia pakages (can use more or less to taste)

Directions

combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. This makes 2 servings.
