Introduction

This recipe really hits the spot when that sweet tooth craving hits, but you don't want the carbs and calories. If you are concerned about fat you can use fat free half and half. This recipe really hits the spot when that sweet tooth craving hits, but you don't want the carbs and calories. If you are concerned about fat you can use fat free half and half.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup egg substitute
    4 egg yokes
    12 packets of splenda
    1 cup half and half
    nutmeg
    vanilla

Directions

Just add all the ingredients in to a large mixing bowl. Blend together with a whip until completely blend. Poor liquid egg mixture into a 9in pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can be eaten cold or hot.
