Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground round
    1 large egg
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
    pepper and salt if you want it. I add salt at the table if neede.
    ketchup with a little lea and perrins for topping. Add topping at the last 10 minutes of baking

Directions

Mix up all ingredients except ketchup, lea & perrins mixture. Bake at 375 about 40 minutes then add ketchup mixture and bake another 5-10 minutes..... 4 servings (1/4 of meatloaf)
