2 cups shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1 cups shredded mozzarella
1 can cream of celery soup (98% fat free)
1 can cream of potato soup
2T butter, melted
16oz lowfat sour cream
24oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
Makes 12 servings.
*Note - this is a lightened up version of my friend's recipe for cheesy potatoes, which is delicious but loaded even more with fat and calories.
