Introduction

My version of the mediterranean salad I can get from the Balkan and Iraqui restaurants by my house. My version of the mediterranean salad I can get from the Balkan and Iraqui restaurants by my house.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 peeled cucumber, chopped
    1 large yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1/3 bunch curly parsley, chopped
    3 oz feta cheese
    juice of one lemon
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp dry oregano
    black pepper, to taste

Directions

Chop up the veggies and cheese and put them in a big bowl. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and oregano with a fork or whisk to make a dressing. Pour dressing over salad. Mix thoroughly. Serves 4 as a salad, or 2 as a meal.
