Ingredients

    flour
    baking powder
    salt
    sugar
    milk
    egg
    butter, melted
    banana

Directions

sift flour, baking poweder, and salt into a mixing bowl - make a well in the center and add the milk, egg, and melted butter. stir until smoothe. add mashed banana and mix in well.

use about 1/4 cup for each pancake - cook on hot griddle. Two pancakes per person.
