red chili powder
Saute the onion and garlic in the vegetable oil
Add peeled and diced potato, red chili powder,tumeric,and salt. Fry well for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
Add water to allow the potatoes to cook. Cover and cook on low flame 5-10 minutes-stir a few times, so they dont burn
add chopped cilantro to serve
