Shrimp Creole

Ingredients

    2 Strips Bacon
    1/2 c Green Pepper
    1/2 c Celery
    1/2 c Onion
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 Clove Garlic
    W sauce
    Pepper Sauce
    16 oz Shrimp

Directions

Brown to strips of bacon in skilet. Remove bacon from the pan. Saute peppers, celery & onions in bacon grease for 5 mins. Add garlic and saute 1 more mine. Add tomatoes, W sause & hot sauce. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins, Add crumpled bacon and shrimp and cook an additional 10 mins.

Serve over Brown Rice (Calories not added in)
