Ingredients

    1 medium banana (7" to 8")
    3 T dark chocolate chips
    20 g Macadamia nuts, crushed
    .25 t ginger powder

Directions

1. Cut one banana in it's skin in half length-wise. Set aside.
2. In a double boiler melt the chocolate chips.
3. Brush a small amount of chocolate on the cut side of the bananas and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Remove from skins and place, cut side down, on parchment paper.
4. Drizzle the remainder of the chocolate on the bananas and sprinkle the macadamia nuts on top.
