Ingredients

    1 tablespoon mixed diced dried fruit, such as prunes, apricots, pears and apples
    1-1/2 teaspoons raisins and/or dried cherries or cranberries
    4-1/2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
    1 tablespoon unsalted dry-roasted peanuts (or honey-roasted peanuts, chopped walnuts or unsalted almonds)
    1/4 cup your favorite high fiber cereal (recommended: Fiber One, Kashi GoLean)

    *Feel free to toss in your favorite toppings, such as other nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, etc.), M&M's, Reeses Pieces, or anything you love, Be Creative!
