Renovated Cream Chipped Beef

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Extra-Lean Ground Turkey
    1 cup chopped onion
    2Tbs Worchestershire sauce
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (the Lowfat variety is best)
    4 slices whole wheat bread

Directions

In a lightly greased pan, brown the turkey with the worchestershire sauce and onions.

While turkey is browning, toast bread and cut in halves diagonally.

After the turkey is done and the onions are translucent, add the mushroom soup and leave on heat until heated through, mix well.

When the sauce is done, serve over 1 slice (2 halves) of toast.

Makes 4 servings.
