1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1 green onion finely chopped
1 Tbs brown mustard
1 T brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
16 oz Mesclun mix or spring greens
1/3 c toasted pine nuts
1/2 c craisins
1/2 c crumbled gorgonzola cheese
Place greens in large mixing bowl.
Greens can be tossed with dressing or serve dressing to the side to cut down on fat.
Top salad with pine nuts, craisins and cheese.
