Turkey Portabella Stir Fry

Introduction

This is a very easy recipe that's great with rice or by itself. Loads of potassium and other minerals. This is a very easy recipe that's great with rice or by itself. Loads of potassium and other minerals.

Ingredients

    1 lb Portabella mushrooms (baby portabella are also fine)
    1/3 raw medium onion sliced thin
    1 tsp garlic (chopped)
    1/3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 c Lean Turkey Breast Meat chopped
    1 dash of black pepper

Directions

Chop/dice/slice the mushrooms, onion, garlic, and turkey breast meast. Turn skillet on med high heat and add all ingredients. Cook until done. *You may need to add more water if it starts to dry out.* Enjoy with rice or by itself!!
