Balsamic sauteed kale

Balsamic sauteed kale

Introduction

I made this up as I went, mostly on account of having kale and garbanzo beans that needed to be used. It ended up tasting so good! I'm putting it in my stash of recipes. ;o) I made this up as I went, mostly on account of having kale and garbanzo beans that needed to be used. It ended up tasting so good! • This was good and my husband and I enjoyed it. I used a can of beans, rinsed, to make it easier and I used feta as not really a goat cheese fan. Next time I may try a different cheese, but will make again. - 4/13/11
