0 calorie sugar sub, 2 tsp (to taste)
Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 15ml
Cocoa powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
Place all ingredients into a bowl and beat together until combined. If you don't have smooth cottage cheese you can whiz it in a blander instead to make it less lumpy.
