    1 SCOOP PURE PROTEIN 100% WHEY POWDER
    4 OZ SKIM MILK
    2 OZ ORANGE JUICE (OR FRUIT JUICE)
    1/4 KIWI (MEDIUM)
    1 TSP FLAXSEED OIL

Directions

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER. ADD ICE CUBES, IF DESIRED. BLEND FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 MINUTE ON HIGH SETTING.
