1 large tomatillo
2 ripe plum tomatoes
2 serrano peppers
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c water
rinse tomatoes and peppers
place all onto a hot griddle
rotate them every few minutes to get all sides blackened
in a blender combine tomatillo tomatoes and peppers with water, salt, and garlic.
blend until it forms into a sauce.
pour over browned beef or pork and simmer 5 min.
