I enjoyed this a lot. My husband loved it. I was out of wheat so had to use white flour, but will try with wheat next time (there will BE a next time). I will make with a little more "sauce" next time as the flavor was so great. Used 1 bullion cube instead of loose granules. (Could reduce the egg.) - 3/17/09

  • I use rice flour since it takes next to nothing to coat the meat and still have a coating. Have been using rice flour as a white/whole wheat substitue for many years. - 12/1/11
