T's Lemon Rice Pilaf

Introduction

Wonderfully savory rice to serve along side your favorite fish. Wonderfully savory rice to serve along side your favorite fish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup white rice
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 TBSP lemon juice
    1/2 diced onion, sauted
    2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in non-fat cooking spray. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and cover with tight-fitting lid. Simmer 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
