Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

    1 box of elbow macaroni (I used Ronzoni Smart Taste)
    1 cup light mayo
    1/4 cup mustard
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 to 1 cup of carrot sticks

Directions

- Cook Macaroni according to package directions.
- Combine Mayo, Mustard, Onion, and Carrots.
- Add rinsed and cooled Macaroni
- Stir until well-mixed.

- Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
