Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Cup Skim Milk
    1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
    2 Tbls Hershey's Cocoa Powder
    2 Tbls Splenda
    1/4 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
    Pinch of Salt

Directions

Add ingredients to single serve blender (preferred).
Add 3 oz's of ice or frozen fruit of your choice.
Blend.
Drink.
Enjoy.
