Cranberry Almond Granola Bars

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    4 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    10 Tbs Applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 cup Honey
    1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 cups Almonds, whole
    2 cups Cranberries, dried, sweetened
    4 tsp Flax Seed

Directions

Preheat oven to 325

Mix all ingredients together.

Press into cookie sheet. You can place wax paper on top to keep from sticking.

Bake until golden brown about 20 - 30 minutes.

Makes 36 bars.
