Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 12oz Package of Morning Star Crumbles
    1 large onion, chopped (about 2 cups)
    1 1.25oz Package Ortega 40% less sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
    1 1oz Package Dry Ranch dressing Mix
    2 15.5 oz can Pinto Beans (drained)
    1 15.5 oz can Black Beans (drained)
    2 14.5 oz can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chilies
    1 14.5 oz can Creamed Corn

Directions

In a medium soup pot, heat the veggie crumbles with the chopped onion until the crumbles are no longer frozen. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. If the soup is too thick, just add some water to thin it out a bit.


8 servings of about 1.5 cups each.
