Introduction

A family recipe, not so low cal but very good. Break up one lump and cover with strawberries and a little milk! Filling enough to be a meal! Can also sprinkle batter over a cobbler. Ingredients

    Flour
    Sugar
    Shortening
    Milk
    Oats
    Baking Powder

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix dry ingrediants and cut in shortening. Prepare a cookie sheet or baking stone with Pam, drop batter in five dollups for large servings. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Then cover with berries and toppings of choice. My family always uses sugared strawberries with milk on top yum!
