Brussel Sprout Chips

Ingredients

    20 Brussels sprouts
    1 TBS olive oil
    1 tsp sea salt

Directions

-preheat oven to 400 degrees
-wash Brussels sprouts
-cut Brussels sprouts in half from the stem and put in large bowl
-pour olive oil over Brussels sprouts and shake around in bowl
-place Brussels sprouts flat side down on un-greased cookie sheet
-peel outer layer (or two) off of Brussels sprouts and allow those leaves to be spread over the pan
-sprinkle sea salt evenly over the whole pan
-bake for 15-20 minutes
(20 Brussels sprouts/4 people = 5 Brussels sprouts per person but they are cut in half so you get 10 halves and the chips - great snack!)
