Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup roasted red pepper
    1/4 cup hatini
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp Extra virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp water
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 small clove garlic, minced (I like more)


Directions

In food processor, pulse togeterh chickpeas, peppers, tahini, cumin and salt. With food processor running, add oil and water until very smooth. Pulse in lemon juice and garlic.
