Alyssa's Crustless Veggie Dinner Quiche

Introduction

An easy veggie quiche that gets the impossible protein in! An easy veggie quiche that gets the impossible protein in!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    eggs, feta cheese, veggie meat crumbles, spinach, red bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. Whatever seasonings to taste is always good.

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Honestly, it's almost a throw together! Take the 3 eggs and whisk them up, add chopped onion, spinach, red bell pepper and mushrooms and cheese to the mixture. Take a non-stick pie pan and pour ingredients.

Bake in oven for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it because it can cook a little faster. When you remove the quiche, stick the center with a toothpick. If it comes out clean and clear, it is done! If not, place back in for about 10 minutes more.
