Freezer Hot Pockets: Cheeseburger

Introduction

We make these for the month, and we freeze them individually wrapped in foil. To reheat, just remove from foil, wrap in paper towel, stick in microwave 1-2m. Can reheat straight from frozen. Ingredients

    1.5 lb lean ground beef, browned
    1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    1.5 tbsp olive oil
    1.5 tbsp flour
    0.75 cups milk

Directions

1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add flour & stir.

2. Remove from heat. Add milk slowly, stirring until well-mixed.

3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Cook for 5 minutes longer.

4. Add 0.5 cup of shredded cheese. Stir until smooth.

5. Put browned ground beef and the cheese sauce you just made into a bowl. Mix well.

6. Add remaining shredded cheese to your mixture.

7. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 12 equal rectangles.

8. Top each rectangle with ham/cheese mixture. Fold over and press edges together with a fork.

9. Bake at 425 for 15-20m, until browned.

10. Serve immediately, or let cool and freeze individually, wrapped in foil.
