fish salmon sockeye, 8.16 oz (remove)
*Fresh Pineapple Juice, .2500 cup (remove)
*Honey, Clover Honey, Safeway, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Sauce - Soy Sauce - La Choy, 2 tbsp (remove)
*fresh garlic (3 cloves per serving), 27 gram(s) (remove)
*fresh ginger 1 tsp=2g, 9 tsp (remove)
*Chopped Green Onions, 0.25 cup (remove)
put salmon in a ziploc bag and then add marinade.
refrigerate 30mins-1 hr.
when salmon is marinated, in a skillet, add 1/4 cup of water, bring to a boil.
add salmon and some of the marinade. reduce heat to medium heat, cover and let cook until flaky (approx 10-15 mins)
