Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
1 kg rolled oats
200 g Bran Flakes cereal (roughly 1/4 of large box)
225 g sesame seeds (~1 cup)
100 g flax seeds (~scant 1/2 cup)
185 g raisins (1/2 of small bag)
200 g peanuts
Wet Coating:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp vanilla flavouring
1 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar (packed)
2 tbsp honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 F.
Combine dry ingredients in a large roasting pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together wet coating ingredients. Drizzle over dry ingredients, and stir well until thoroughly coated.
Bake 20 minutes at 250 F, stirring well halfway through. Allow to cool before serving.
Makes 20 1-cup servings.
