Michael's Meatloaf

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs. ground beef, lean
    1/2 cup onions
    1/2 cup celery
    2 slices bread
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup pasta sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 F.
Make bread crumbs out of bread.
Mix ground beef, onions, celery, bread crumbs, eggs and 1/4 cup of pasta sauce together.
Put into loaf pan (we use glass).
Spread remaining pasta sauce over top..
Cook for 75 min.
Cut and serve.
Makes 8 servings
