Fresh from the farm!!! Fresh from the farm!!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Swiss Chard, 1 cup
    * Kale, 1 cup
    * Collards, 1 cup
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Italian Seasoning

Directions

Wash a nice helping of greens. They shrink!

Heat the minced garlic in the olive oil
Add the greens and sauté until they wilt
Sprinkle with Italian Seasonings
If desired, add salt and pepper
