* Swiss Chard, 1 cup
* Kale, 1 cup
* Collards, 1 cup
* Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
* Garlic, 1 clove
* Italian Seasoning
Heat the minced garlic in the olive oil
Add the greens and sautÃ© until they wilt
Sprinkle with Italian Seasonings
If desired, add salt and pepper
