Quick Greek Salad (No tomatoes or olives)

Introduction

Yummy Greek salad, no tomatoes or olives the way I like it! Yummy Greek salad, no tomatoes or olives the way I like it!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 a green bell pepper, chopped into large pieces
    1/2 a red bell pepper, chopped into large pieces
    1/2 a cucumber, peel on, chopped into large pieces
    1/2 a cup of red onion, chopped into slices, large pieces can be chopped in half
    1/3 a cup of crumbled feta cheese
    3 tbsp of your favorite Greek dressing

Directions

Chop all the vegetables into large pieces that are still bite-sized and easy to eat. Toss together in a large bowl with cheese and dressing, and serve cold. If you want the flavors to be stronger, prepare and toss before hand, cover with cling wrap, and refridgerate for at least one hour.
