Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz (remove)
    Northern Lobster, 8 oz (remove)
    Cod (fish), 1 fillet (remove)
    Scallops, raw, 16 oz (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 3.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 5 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove)
    dry white wine

Directions

heat dutch oven or other soup pan, add oil and saute garlic, add wine and canned tomatos, salt, and seasonings. Simmer for 10 minutes, add seafood and reduce heat. Cook til seafood is tender. Makes 10 hearty bowl sized servings.
