1 jalapeno, de-seeded, diced
4 cups dried pinto beans, sorted and rinsed
1 can beef broth
4 cups water
2 cans diced tomato
1 tbs evoo
1 tsp cumin
2 tbs onion powder, chili powder, paprika
salt and pepper
Directions
in a large pot
brown onion and jalapeno in olive oil
add beef, brown
drain fat when done cooking
put in pot with all other ingredients
bring to boil
reduce heat simmer 3 hours
