Broiled Orange Roughy

Introduction

This is a delicious way to prepare an excellent fish with very little carbs, high protien and great monounsaturated fat. This is a delicious way to prepare an excellent fish with very little carbs, high protien and great monounsaturated fat.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 6 0z filets of orange roughy
    2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp paprika

Directions

Yields 2 - 6oz portions

Oil the filets both sides with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Salt and pepper both sides.

Place in a shallow baking pan lined with foil

Sprinkle the paprika over the filets.

Place on the top rack of the oven set on broil. When broiling be sure to leave the oven door cracked open a bit.

The fish should be done in 8 - 10 minutes

Serve immediately.
