Ingredients



    * *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 13.25 oz box, cooked
    * *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    * Water, tap, 1.25 cup
    * Peas, canned, 2 cups, drained
    * *Tuna, Albacore, in water - 20 oz , drained
    * Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    * *Kraft 2% cheddar cheese, 1 oz shredded
    * Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 6 tablespoons

Directions

Makes 12 one-cup servings.

Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with nonstick spray. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix soup with water. Blend well. Add all ingredients except wheat germ. Pour into prepared pan. Dust top of casserole with wheat germ. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 12 lunch-sized portions or 6 dinner-sized portions.
