Healthy Taco soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 onion
    1 t minced garlic
    1/2 lb. 93% lean beef
    1 cup chopped cabbage
    1 12 oz can red kidney beans
    1 12 oz can yellow corn
    1 12 oz can green beans
    1 can tomato soup + 1 can water
    1 taco seasoning packet
    hot sauce to taste(about 1 tsp)
    Chili pepper to taste(about 1 tsp)

Directions

makes 6 servings, about 2 cups each.

saute onion and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add beef. Add cabbage. cook about 5 minutes. Add tomato soup and water. Add all other ingredients and let simmer for 15- 20 minutes.
