Ingredients



    * Beans, red kidney 1 can
    * Beans, navy, 1can
    * *Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 2 cans
    * Carrots, raw, 1 large Diced
    * Onions, raw, 1 largeDiced
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium Diced
    * Beans, black, 1Can
    * Beans, pinto, 1Can
    * Bob's Red Mill TVP, 0.25 cup
    Olive oil 1 Tbsp
    Salt to taste

Directions

Makes 8 - 1cup servings
In a non Stick pan heat oil and cook carrots, celery ,onions, and peppers until onions are transparent and the mixture smells fragrant. Place in the bottom of crock pot or slow cooker.
Dump the remaining items into the pot and stir. Cook 7 hours on med/low, and the last hour on high.
Stir occasionally if you like.
