Ingredients

    3 oz thinly sliced leftover steak/roast
    1/2 of medium tomato wedged
    2 cups of lettuce
    2 Tblsp Litehouse Bleu cheese dressing

Directions

Combine ingredients and toss and enjoy! Makes one large, main dish, fabulous salad!

    I have often done a version of this! Yummy! I add a bunch of chopped vegetables and some cheese and possibly olive oil and balsamic vinegar. - 7/4/07
