Introduction

Moist and very chocolatey. A nice grab and go snack for your gym bag. Also good with breakfast, if you're in a hurry, have a couple with your coffee. Moist and very chocolatey. A nice grab and go snack for your gym bag. Also good with breakfast, if you're in a hurry, have a couple with your coffee.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup rolled oats (not instant)
    1/2 cup granular Splenda
    4 T cocoa powder
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    2 egg whites
    1 scoop whey protein powder, chocolate

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine wet ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix wet and dry together.

Drop onto silicone mat in 6 even mounds. They don't spread out really so you may want to flatten them slightly.
(approx. 1 ice cream scoop each)

Bake for 12 minutes.

Cool on wire rack.
