Pineapple, Banana and Spinach oh my! Tastes like pineapple and gives healthy goodness that doesn't stop. Makes 1 blender full, enough for 3 big glasses. Great for breakfast. Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 4 large
    Spinach, fresh, .5 package (10 oz)
    Pineapple, frozen or fresh, 1.5 cup, diced
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Banana, water and spinach in the blender first. Blend until smooth. Add pineapple next, blend until smooth. If the pineapple is frozen, you're ready to drink. If it's fresh, add a little ice to chill the smoothie.
