Easy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredients

    Pork Roast
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 cup splenda
    2 TBSP olive oil
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 lb baby carrots
    8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet and brown pork roast on all sides. While roast is browning, add carrots and mushrooms to slow cooker. Place browned roast on top. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over roast & vegetables. Cook on low for 8 hours.
