Easy Cheddar Biscuits

Introduction

Very similar to that famous seafood restaurant's biscuits. To make them even more similar, brush tops with melted butter & garlic before baking (not included in nutritional info). This is very similar to other recipes on this site, but I made some very small adjustments to the ingredient amounts and also made it a smaller batch. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
    1/2 cup Shredded Colby and Montery Jack cheese
    1/3 cup Milk, nonfat

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix together all ingredients, will make a very soft (almost runny) dough.

Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet (works best if you line it with parchment paper first). Use a tablespoon or a soup spoon.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until biscuits are lightly browned on top.

Makes 6 biscuits. Servin size is 1 biscuit.
