seafood stew

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1cup chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1 carrot sliced
    1 celery stalk chopped
    1 cup mushrooms sliced
    salt (if you so desire)
    a pinch of saffron
    1/4 tsp anise seed ground (coarsly)
    1/4 tsp pepper ground (coarsly)
    1cup clamjuice or fish broth
    6 oz white wine
    water as needed
    16 shrimp (peeled)
    1 bag of seafood mix

Directions

makes 4 servings
add the 5 first ingredients in a pot and add the wine and clam juce and spices cook for 10-15 min add water as needed, add the bag of seafood cook for 5min add the fresh shrimp cook until done , Serve w/ noodles or rice.
(need more spice ? add 1 whole jalopeno pepper)
